Carmel Popcorn

8 cups popped popcorn
3/4 c packed brown sugar
6 T butter
3 T light corn syrup
1/4 t salt
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t vanilla

Pour popcorn into the baking pan. Over medium heat, melt sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Heat to boiling and cook 5 minutes. Pour mixture over popcorn and mix with ruber spatula until All the popcorn is coated. Cook at 300 for 15 minutes. Stir, then cook 5-10 minutes more. Remove from pan and cool.
