Little Kid Fudge

This is a recipe my kids used when they were too little to use the stove. You may want to play with it a bit to get it the way you want for best taste and easiest consistency to stir. That will vary with tastes and the strength in those little hands. The peanut butter is measured in glops because I always let the kids “measure” that no matter how young they were.

2 c powdered sugar
1 T cocoa powder
2 T vanilla
1 big glop of peanut butter
milk

Mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Add vanilla and peanut butter and begin mixing. Add a very little bit of milk as needed to make smoother. You want to make it almost too hard to stir. Spread the mixture in a buttered coated container. Let get hard and cut or eat with a spoon.
