Hot Poppers

hot peppers
cheddar cheese
egg
small bread crumbs

Shred cheddar cheese. Clean peppers.
Cut tops off peppers and cut into halves. Remove seeds. You may want
to wear gloves for this part.
Drop peppers into boiling water for a few seconds. Remove and dry.
Whip egg for a full minute.
Press cheese into pepper, dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Bake
at 300 until cheese is melted.
