Lasagne

1 lb. turkey
small jar Prego spaghetti sauce
16 lasagne noodles
2 eggs
large carton Ricotta cheese
1/2 c Parmesan or Romano
2 T parsley flakes
1 lb. shredded mozarella

Brown meat, drain and add spaghetti sauce. Simmer while cooking
noodles and preparing cheese filling.
Beat eggs. Mix eggs, Ricotta, Parmesan, and parsley flakes together.
When noodles are almost tender, remove from heat and drain.
Layer in this order half the noodles, half the cheese filling, half
the sauce, half the mozarella. Repeat.
Bake at 375 for 30 min. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
