Macaroni and Cheese

1-1/2 c uncooked macaroni
1/8 -1/4 c sifted flour
2 c milk
8 oz cubed cheddar

Boil macaroni and drain. In another pan, heat the milk, being careful not to boil or scald. With a whisk, stir in sifted flour. When it starts to thicken almost like pudding, add the cheese. When the cheese is thoroughly melted, add the mixture to the cooked macaroni. Pour mixture into 13 x 9 x 2” pan and bake at 350 degrees for about a half hour.
