Peaches 'n' Cream Cheesecake

3/4 cup Flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
3 oz pkg. vanilla pudding mix (NOT Instant)
3 T Butter
1 Egg
1/2 cup milk
1 (15-20 oz.) can sliced peaches - well drained
3 T peach juice
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
!/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Grease bottom and sides of 10'' pie pan or square pan.
Combine first seven ingredients and mix 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into prepared pan.
Place peaches over batter.
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Spoon on top to within 1'' of edge of pan.
Combine 1 T sugar and 1/2 t cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top of cream cheese filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 35 minutes.
