Cut peppers and onions into 1-2 inch bites.
Put on skewer in a colorful pattern. Crowd them a little as they will
shrink. I like to start and end with mushrooms, caps to the ends to
keep it all together. I also put peppers on each side of the meat for
the same reason.
Broil or grill until meat is cooked all the way through OR wrap in
foil and bake.
