Zucchini Cassarole

6 cups Zucchini
1/4 cup Onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Grated Carrots
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 cup Melted Butter

Boil zucchini and onions 5-10 minutes and drain.
Add chicken soup, sour cream, and grated carrots.
Mix stuffing mix with melted butter.
Put half stuffing mix in 9x 13.
Add vegtables.
Top with remaining stuffing.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
