Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to answer questions regarding such things as how to become certified in your state, how to transfer certifications, etc. If you have questions about this sort of thing, I recommend you contact your state’s nursing board. Follow this link which provides all the state’s boards. State Nursing Boards Questions regarding pay are also really something that I have little knowledge of. It is best to contact local facilities and inquire within. You may also wish to send questions to other CNAs around the country via my Yahoo group, CNA World. Additionally, if your question regards where to get training, I suggest you contact local nursing homes to see if they train (or if that is an acceptable method according to the state) or go to the community college.
