3-4 lychee fruit, peeled 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon lemon juice ¼ cup dry white wine

1 teaspoon soy sauce ½ teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Simmer the lychee fruit until soft. Drain and dice. In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar, lemon juice, wine, soy sauce, and ginger to a simmer over a low heat. Add the lychee fruit; simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the cornstarch a little at a time. Simmer until thickened. This can be applied to pasta, meats, barbecue dishes, gravy and stews.
