Seeds of one pumpkin
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
Heat oven to 350º F. Spread clean, dry pumpkin seeds on lightly greased cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt to taste. Bake 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
