INTERNET COLUMNIST
FREE LANCE REPORTER
Reporter/Columnist/Fourth Estate (Press) Member - The New York Times masthead slogan states that the newspaper will print all the news that is fit to print. Well, what the Times prints is considered, from one end of the political point-of-view, as liberal to the point of communistic; while from the other end, the newspaper is considered a tool of the capitalist.
Now Christine writes a very neutral bunch of words on a weekly basis for The Florence Citizen, a similarly neutral newspaper here in Fremont County, Colorado. That newspaper has yet to take a violent stand on such issues as leash laws, speed bumps and fluoride toothpaste -but Christine really loves the Citizen the way it is.
Christine is neither a communist nor a robber baron; she simply wants to expose the southeastern world of Colorado to the nuances and bells and whistles of the modern computer, and the wonder contained therein called the Internet. She writes a column for the Citizen called Florence.com
A PC is a personal computer. A byte is a measure of space within a PC, and a modem is some kind of a contraption which lets one into the marvelous word of the Internet. Hey - this page is not going to furnish a myriad of terms which apply to a PC - heavens no ! Christine is the person who can and has furnished the definitions in her column, described the how to in her column and
has taken the uninitiated by the hand and introduced them to the PC, and all the things associated with it - all in her column.
Did I mention Web Pages ? Actually, I did not, and shall not since there is much on that topic which is contained within this FACTOTUM web site. So - click on some buttons, and learn and enjoy !
