After having a birthday last week, I was surprised and happy at how many lovely electronic greeting cards I got from my family and my on line friends. What a lovely way to let someone know that you are thinking of them. I use on line greeting cards just to say "hi" now and again also.
The first site for these type of cards that I use is:http://www.3dgreetings.com/. This site is fun and you can get greeting cards here for everyone. There are cards for birthdays, thank you, and every holiday imaginable. Friendship cards, and romance cards. There is even a card there that is a puzzle that the recipient has to put together. This is a fun site and the cards are unusual and pretty enough that you tend to want to keep them in a special folder on your computer and play them again and again.
Okay from that site we will go to http://www.a-access.com/. This is another greeting card site that is fun and a real time saver. There have everything from Birthday cards to cards about your pets and also cards in Spanish. You click on the type of card that you want and then pick out the design and your off and running to make a card. These cards and the ones from the 3d greetings are downloaded to the other persons computer, they go to where they downloaded it, click on it and the card opens up for them.
Now I am going to go to my favorite search engine and see what else I can find. Just type in the words here www.goto.com and there I am. Now I will type in greeting card in the search engine space and let's see what we come up with.
The first site http://s90.pcflowers.com/PCF/selectvirtual_flowers.asp has got a lovely selection of virtual flower cards that you can send to people. With the card, the person also gets a ten percent discount on real flowers from some of the local flower shops. What a nice gift and it doesn't cost you anything but a bit of your time.
Next there is http://www.zapa.com/site1/greeting_cardz.htm. This was my first time at this site and it won't be my last. Their animated greeting cards are fantastic and I think I have a new place to get some of the cards that I send out.
The last site I am going to talk about today is another new one for me. It is called Rememberit.com, and it seems to be a reminder service for busy person. It is a hassle to get signed on but I think it will be worth it.
So my gentle readers, while I go and get that done,. you read on and enjoy the virtual greeting cards that you can find, personalize and send for free, all through the wonders of the Internet.
