Video Game Palace

I am giving you one of the first sneak previews of a game that will turn the wrestling world upside down. The game is called WCW 2000. You may think this is just another wrestling game but you are totally wrong. This game in fact doesn't even take place in the ring!

The game is being brought to you by the playstation 2 which will have some of the best graphics ever found on a platform. You can't stop raving about these graphics. For instance you can see every little detail from the persons hair moving in the air to seeing the person actually sweat! Yes can you believe that?

The gameplay is not sure of yet but from the looks of it, it should not let you down. The game takes place in around 9 different backstage areas that have almost everything possible to interact with. The stages are:

These are some of the main areas in the game but you can actually smash through walls to get to other parts of the area. Also instead of using ropes in the game, people will be bouncing off things like tires and other utilities. This will all be done with an amazing 7500 polygon count!

And don't worry about the crowd they will be there cheering and booing you. There are also plenty of weapons in the game so don't worry about that. The wrestlers faces are actually put on by a process called cyber scanning which puts a wrestlers face into a scanner and lets you fix it up and make it into a great picture on screen that is as real as ever.

The game is scheduled for a fourth quarter release and not to much else is known on wrestlers or entrances but I will stay with this. Look for more of WCW 2000 to come! EA may have screwed up the first time around but it's going all out this time!
