Tired of Tony Hawk Pro Skater and need some new challenges? Well this game has all the new challenges with the same controls as Pro Skater. Grind Session is made of 4 main modes which are:
tournament
practice
street
training competitions

Which are some good modes that you can skate anywhere in. But there are two types of play. One you play Tony Hawk style with you skating anywhere and trying to do huge tricks to rack up the points. While the other you follow a path a set you and do all of the things it shows on the screen.

Next are the graphics and sound which are both great. The graphics are very similar to Tony Hawks game as you can see in the pictures to the right. The sound on the other hand I am not to sure of as of yet. Sony says they will be signing at least twelve alternative bands but at this time they are unsure of who. But whoever it is I'm sure the soundtrack will rock!

Everybody wants to know if there will be real skaters in it. Well there is with people such as:
Pigpen
Daewon Song
Willie Santos
Jon Cardial
and others to name a few. Even if you don't like any of these guys you can always create your own guy to thrash with.

It's going to be a tight race between Tony Hawk 2 and Grind Session but when May comes we'll find out if this game is up to the hype.
