Catch the ashes in something (burning the paper over an ashtray is a good idea) and carry them out to your back porch or backyard. There you must place the ashes on the upturned palm of your right hand and hold it up saying:

Winds of the North, South, East and West, Carry these affections to where they'll be best. Let his/her heart be open and free, And let his/her mind be away from me.

Then blow on the ashes so that they scatter to the winds.

It is best to do this spell on a Saturday, during the Waning Moon, and when the winds blow strong.

Self Love Spell

Ingredients:

your favorite type of flower
Gaze at your reflection and whisper sweet nothings to yourself. Take the flower and brush h it across the mirror, and then across your brow.

A BINDING SPELL

What you will need:
a white candle
white or black thread
a twig
charge and thread your candle with protection using protection oil
Or you can use a black candle and black thread, charging the candle with binding negative forces using all-purpose oil.
Take your candle, anoint and charge it. Light the candle and incense, we used Frankincense and Myrrh..
Write on the twig all the negative things you wish to bind in your life.
Take your thread and wind it around the twig while chanting:
"Wound and bound, Wound and bound,
So the words of will resound,
Holding, binding, clasping firm,
This evil shall not return!"
When the twig is full, or you feel the power at it's peak say "SO MOTE IT BE!!
When you are finished, place the twig into a wooden box, or bury it in the earth, or burn it. Since it has no person's name, you will not need to undo the spell.

TO FIND OUT WHO IS CURSING YOU

ITEMS NEEDED:
A white candle,
A clear wine glass,
Water,
Coconut oil,
Corojo butter.
Go into a very quiet room. Place the wine glass on the floor and fill it with water, a couple of drops of coconut oil, and a tiny bit of corojo butter.
Place the candle next to the glass and light it.
Shut out all other sources of light. Sit on the floor two or three feet away from the glass and invoke your patron Goddess/God, if you have one.
Look at the glass. Breathe evenly. It's all right to fall asleep, since the answer may come in a dream. The face of the person wishing you evil will appear in the glass. The process takes patience and perseverance, since you might see unrelated scenes in the glass for quite a while.

A Spell to Break the Powers of a Spell

If you believe that a spell has been cast against you, place a large black candle in the cauldron (or a large black bowl). The candles must be tall enough to extend a few inches above the cauldron's rim.
Affix the candle to the bottom of the cauldron with warmed beeswax or the drippings of another black candle so that it will not tip over.
Fill the cauldron to the rim with fresh water, without wetting the candle's wick. An inch or two should remain above the water.
Deeply breathe, meditate, clear your mind and light the candle.
Visualize the suspected spell's power as residing within the candle's flame. Sit in quiet contemplation of the candle and visualize the power flowing and growing within the candle's flame. (Yes, the power against you)
As the candle burns down, it's flame will eventually sputter and go out as it contacts the water.
As soon as the flame has been extinguished by the water, the spell will be dispersed.
Break your visualization of the spell's power; see it explode into dust, becoming impotent.
Pour the water into a hole in the ground, a lake or stream.
Bury the candle.
It is done.

Purification

Purification is the casting out of negativity, "evil" influences, etc. It is usually performed when a sense of tension or uneasiness is felt in a house, particularly if several people notice it. It is always performed just prior to moving into a new home or apartment, to be sure that no vibrations are left behind from the last tenants. Then again, some magicians perform a purification ceremony every three months to keep the home harmonious and pleasant.
The best time to perform purification ceremonies is during the waning Moon. A purification is a minor form of exorcism. Be absolutely certain that you are alone in the house or apartment. After your bathe anoint and dress in a white robe or clothes (you'll be leaving the house halfway through the ritual, so dress accordingly). Open all windows, cover all food, remove all pets including cats, dogs, reptiles, birds, even fish. There are to be no living things in the house.
If you are doing the ritual at a friends house, be sure that these preparations are carried out, and keep your friend out of the house. Take your bath and do your anointing directly before going to the house that needs purification, if it is not your own home. Light the twin candles on the white altar cloth and set a quantity of the following incense alight in the censer, (again, if at someone else's home, set up a small altar there):
Purification Incense
Bay, avens, mugwort, yarrow, rosemary, St. John's Wort, angelica, basil, juniper berries - equal parts of each. Powder and mix in the mortar and pestle. Now, add more incense to the censer and carry it around with you, going from room to room in the house, thoroughly censing that area. If you have a swinging censer, swing the bowl in a counter-clockwise direction, which is the direction of banishing, of clearing. Clockwise is the direction of invocation.
When finished, (don't forget attics, etc.) add more incense to the censer and place it on a length of aluminum foil, in the center of the house on the floor. Leave the building (stand outside, sit on the front porch, in the car, whatever) for about thirteen minutes. (Wait until you feel it is time to go back in.)
Once back inside, gather up the garlic cloves, without touching them, put them in a plastic bag and put it in the trash. Leave the candles burning for the rest of the evening.
You can burn a little frankincense to purify the atmosphere. But, the purification incense should never be burned while people are in the house.

To Protect Children from Abuse/Harm

Needed: 2 white tapers (altar candles), astral candle for each child, blue candle, greenish-yellow candle, black candle.
Light altar candles and incense.
Light astral candle/s visualizing him/her in your protective embrace. Name each candle for the child you wish to protect by saying: "I name this candle (name) for you, To follow in thought whatever you do."
Light the blue candle still visualizing the child/children in your protective embrace.
Light the greenish-yellow candle and picture the abusive person, saying, "For all you have done and continue to do, the lies you have told that you know are untrue, They are MY sons (children), you will NOT interfere, Whatever your problems, it stops right here."
Light the black candle and say, "I summon my power, my strength and light, To bathe them in protection forward from this night. No more will you punish them! Or lie, cheat and steal! Any pain that that you cause them, THREE TIMES you will feel!"
Concentrate on an image of the abusive/harmful person totally powerless while the candles burn. When the image is complete, you will feel great relief.
Extinguish the spell candles, allowing the astral candle/s and blue candle to burn a while longer while you concentrate once more on your child/children in your protective embrace and say, "I grew you close to my heart for a time, I gave you life and you are mine. A part of my soul remains with you Come what may, I will forever love you." Extinguish the candles.
**And remember to tell your children how much you love them every day--even if they are grown up.

This is a little spell that helps children feel protected while sleeping.
You'll need:
* Protection Powder or use Salt
* A poem
* Three sticks of Myrrh Incense (as thanks and personal empowerment). Or use your favorite Incense.
To Perform:
It is important to let your child know that they are watched over by many who love them and that they can call on that energy to empower themselves with a blanket of protection whenever they feel they need it. It is also important to find out what exactly your child is scared of...maybe it's a shadow that you can explain or get rid of. Talking about it can help them work it through.
* Perform during a waxing moon
* Perform in child’s room
* Light two sticks of incense.
* Write a poem with your child...make it silly if you like. Make it easy for the child to remember.
* Take the Protection Powder and sprinkle over the Windowsill in a straight line.
* When the two incenses are almost out light the third.
* Say the poem with your child three times
* Give thanks for the protection and tuck your child in.
* Now each night that your child goes to bed...take the time to say the poem with them...until they feel comfortable saying it themselves. This is important because they will start to feel a little more independent and allowing them to say the poem will help them feel more control in their lives which squashes fear.
You don't need to light incense every night or add more powder...just when it runs out. But do get your child to say thank you and to reflect on the positive things in their life...it's good energy!
Here is an example of a poem you can use in this spell.
"Spooks be gone Your socks stink so run along Away from my home because you don't belong And if you return, I'll Bop you in the nose and my mom will spray you with our rubber hose." to calm children when having bad dreams at night, and to help them realize how we can empower ourselves. As the child lies in bed, wave your hand in a circle above his/her forehead saying, "May (child’s name) have wonderful happy dreams tonite" Lay your hand flat on child’s forehead then to give them the power. You may like to repeat this several times, counting each blessing off.

THE REALIZATION SPELL

Write the person's name and what they have done to you on a small piece of paper. Light it from an alter candle and drop it to burn away in the cauldron.
Stand before the alter, with the ashes in your right hand, and say:
Wolf and horse, old signs of might.

The pain and grief they so easily give,
Must be returned so they may live,
To know and feel what they have done,
And change their ways, with harm to none.
Send back the pain,
teach them this night,
And help them to do what they know is right.

Go outside, and throw the ashes to the winds, knowing that they will realize what they have done to you.

Money Spells

To End Poverty
In this working you will clear away the psychic dead wood of the past, such as poverty and ill luck, to foster a new cycle of growth and prosperity. It clears away the psychic dross that keeps you from taking the actions needed to create a prosperous life. Remember, abundance flows from the Goddess and God. They are abundance. Connecting with the Gods in their aspect of abundance is connecting with that same part of yourself. When you yield to nature, to the Gods, nature will yield its bounty to you.
Moon Phase: 4th quarter - last night of the dark moon.
Purpose: to end a cycle of lack.
Items Needed:
The following dried herbs and resins: powdered sandalwood, pine needles, rosemary, and copal. fresh rose petals. Optional: saltpeter.
White parchment paper.
A box of crayons, colored pencils, or markers.
An incense burner, chafing dish, or cauldron.
A self-igniting charcoal (Three Kings brand).
The usual tools for constructing a magic circle.
On the last night of the dark moon gather your herbs, combine them in a mortar, and grind them together. Make as much as you like, but you will only use about one tablespoon of the dried mixture total.
After mixing, set it aside for a moment. Next create a circle on the floor using the fresh rose petals. Bring all of your ingredients and tools into the rose petal circle and cast a dark moon circle [Just cast a circle like you normally do. Using the petals as the boundary of the sacred space.
Once the circle is cast, set aside all of your tools and sit in the circle's center. Do the following meditation before continuing with the magical work.

Ending Poverty Meditation

There is a place deep inside of you where poverty lives. Close your eyes and take a few slow, relaxing breaths. Imagine that you are traveling inside your body to that place where poverty lives. Take note of where that place is inside of you. Also take note of what this entity -poverty- looks like. What is its shape and color? What does it say to you? When you have taken note of all this, return to waking consciousness and continue with the magical working.
Using the crayons, markers, or colored pencils, draw the image of poverty you saw on the white parchment paper. Underneath that image, make a list of the effects of lack on your life. How does poverty manifest in your life?
The next step is a little more difficult, but on that same page make a list of the things you do to help keep poverty alive. What is your part in perpetuating poverty?
When you are done, sprinkle the herb mixture into the center of the parchment paper. If you choose to use saltpeter, sprinkle in a half-teaspoon now. Twist the whole bundle shut, so that the parchment makes a little pouch containing the herb mix. Light the charcoal and set the paper-pouch on to the charcoal.
Soon this will smolder. As it does, imagine that the spirit of poverty is leaving your body. Imagine that you cut off all life support to poverty, imagine how you will not cooperate with it any longer. When the herbs are completely burned, the spell is done. If any paper remains, light that on fire. Be certain that nothing but ashes remain. Banish your circle and bury the ashes in a spot that you are not likely to tread upon. The magic is complete.

Urgent Money Spell

The Romanies say that when money is urgently needed by a certain date, this spell works wonders.

One thing to remember: it must be performed at the witching hour of midnight.

Take one white votive candle to represent each $100 or $1,000 that you critically need. Stand them on a plate you often eat from. At a quarter to midnight, sit in a room with no electric lights. Light a gold or silver, green or white candle (not one of those representing money).

This is the candle that will give power to the "money" votive candles and will enable you to see what you are doing. Now work your magic.

Pray for a circle of gold light to be placed around you for protection and for a circle of blue light to be placed around you for healing.

Pick up a votive candle and light it from the main candle flame. As you do so, say that the votive you are lighting represents the $100, or $1,000, you need. Place it on the plate to begin a circle of "money" candles. Light each votive, and say the same words for each, until the circle is complete.

Say a prayer explaining that you are not being greedy; that the money is necessary.

Leave the candles to burn out of their own accord. The money should start winging its way to you.

3 X 3 Spell

To get rid of physical, emotional, or spiritual negativity, and to bring forth balance in your life, try the Three Times Three spell.
This spell is best performed outdoors during the 3rd quarter of the moon.
You will need:
one black candle
a small spool of cotton twine
a small amount of lamp oil
a deep dish to contain the candle
sand to fill the dish
a sharp knife or Witch's athame.
Using the knife/athame, inscribe the name of the person, or word symbolizing the negative situation you are experiencing, near the bottom of the candle.
Place the candle between your palms and breathe on the candle three times. With each breath, imagine you are exhaling the negativity you have received onto the candle.
Take the cotton twine, and tie it around the base of the candle so that at least two feet of twine hangs from the knot. Begin tightly coiling the twine around the candle in a counter-clock-wise direction. While doing so visualize a giant, protective, mirrored egg surrounding you and repeatedly chant:
Three times three, as ye have sown
Is thine to reap, thy harvest grown.
For best, for worst, for praise or chide,
The Gods alone your fate decide!
Continue wrapping the candle with the twine until you have spiraled to the top, covering every bit of the candle. Loop the twine, tying it in a knot to one of the coils at the top near the wick.
Next, take the oil and liberally smear the twine and candle with it -- cover every inch of the entwined candle.
Pour the sand into the dish and then wedge the candle into the sand so that it stands erect, then light it on fire.

In addition to the Pagan deities who govern the art of poetry, you may also call upon the ancient Greek Muses as a source of poetic inspiration.
Although the Muses as a group preside over all forms of poetry (as well as the art of music), each of the nine rule a specific field of interest. The individual Muses and their most accepted provinces are as follows: CALLIOPE (epic of heroism poetry); CLIO (historical verse); ERATO (love poems, hymns, and lyric poetry); EUTERPE (tragedy, lyric poetry, and music); MELPOMENE (tragedy); POLYHYMNIA (hymns, song and prose); TERPSICHORE (dance and song); THALIA (comedy and pastoral poetry); and URANIA (cosmological poetry).

SPELL TO GET SOMEONE TO LEAVE YOUR LOVER ALONE
Have you ever had someone who clings to your lover? Do they say sexy little things in your lover's ear? Do they pretty much sexually harass your lover? Has your lover told them that he/she is not interested? If so, this is the spell for you.
Buy one white candle to represent your lover--write your lover's name on this candle
Buy one black candle to represent you--write your name and your children's names (if you have any) on this candle
Buy one brown candle to represent the person who is bothering them--write their name on this candle.
Buy one jar of honey
***Buy a quart of milk
Boil the milk
Add the whole jar of honey to the boiling milk while saying "I ask thee Goddess Brid (pronounced Breed) to aid in my attempt to make my relationship stronger and closer.
After all the honey has been absorbed into the milk, stir it 3 times clockwise and pour it into a heat safe cup or bowl.
Gather all your candles, your milk, and some matches and place them in the center of where you will be working.
Cast the circle as you usually would.
Light the candles and place them about 13 inches apart.
Sit and think about the person leaving your lover alone. Do this for about ten minutes.
After this, slowly start to move you and your lover's candles together while moving the person's candle further away. Move the candles about 2 inches every minute.
Once you and your lover's candles are together, let them burn for about 15 minutes and then pour the milk on top of them saying "This milk is pure white positive light surrounding us. We are now and forever protected by its positive energies.
Blow the persons candle out quickly saying "I wish you well (name) I now and forever command you to place your affections on someone who will return them and give you happiness.
Throw the person's candle into an empty garbage bag. Tie the bag while saying "I bind you (name) from doing harm to anyone" (three times)
Put you and your lover's candle in a place where they will not be disturbed. Any time that you need a little extra protection take them out and burn them for a few minutes.
Walk three times around and say "The circle is open, but never broken." "Blessed Be, may the Gods preserve the craft." Take the extra milk and pour in near a tree by your house. Thank the Goddess and God for aiding you in your working.
Take the garbage bag and throw it out with the rest of the trash. Make sure it is taken out right away.
