A long time ago in a GW store far far away...from Bowmanville, I went to a conversion contest at the eaton's center. You guys already know the outcome. This was the same contest I won with my Nurgle Landraider. NOW, the interesting thing is, that was about a year ago, I have had NO contact with any of my old contest nemesi. The following pictures were relinquished to me just recently though by the guy who had second! He just found the site all on his own, how small a world is THAT! So anyway, you guys want details on this wolf lord you are drooling over so here's the run down: Abaddon's body, ragnar blackmane's head, old Logan's axe, and there are some nice angry bolters strapped to his power fist. Not to mention GREEN STUFF! See, now maybe at a conversion contest I would probably go home in tears. This thing er Space wolf is truely a work of art. He could be painted pink and I don't think I would care, the reason for this pic is the banner. I don't usually care about banners and NEVER use them, but this one is fantastic. The detail is nice, and it just compliments that whole wolf/marine combo of the 13th company! We already know my oppinion of an all scythe Tyrant is very high, but take a close look at the claws. Not only is it all HTH which I like but the claws have been cut to look more biological. I suggest a little copycatting to you newer Tyranids out there, this looks amazing. And to prove I did not forget who Kraken was, that there in the background was his entry, a chaos predator that was also VERY heavily converted with Green stuff, NURGLE's best friend. After all Nurgle IS green stuff. Also there are some chaos troops and a dreadnaught. Now There was a heinous NO-No commited at the contest, that predator was on a diarama. We know how much that drives me nuts. But as we can see the diarama is gone and I look forward to seeing Kraken at the next contest when he clobbers me. And from the looks of things...yeah it gonna happen that way(I am doomed). Lets see some more stuff by Kraken
