Amore met the Family when she was 16, in London at the Poorboy Club, and also joined that same year (1974). She later served the Lord in France and then in Ghana. I, John, her second mate, first met her in 1980. At that time she was mated to James, who was called John at the time! About this time she and James felt led of the Lord to be missionaries in Jamaica where her ancestors came from. After a short time there they returned to England. James then went on to India and I got together with Amore. By this time she had three boys so the main ministry was teaching the kids and getting out the Word.
A few years passed and we now had 6 children, 5 boys and a girl. The Lord was now showing Amore that she was not going to get old - He must have been preparing her for heaven, TYJ! One Sunday, in the summer of 1987 when Amore was just 29, we attended a Sunday Fellowship in a park as it was such a beautiful day. We had a very inspiring and happy time, PTL! Afterwards, whilst returning home by car, another vehicle suddenly pulled out in front of us resulting in an unavoidable collision which caused our car to overturn. Amore instantly went to be with the Lord. Miraculously our six children, another sister and myself, all survived, although we sustained some serious injuries. I take comfort in the knowledge that Amore’s last few hours on earth were some of her happiest, and that she went very quickly with hardly any suffering, TYJ!
What I miss the most about Amore is her positive attitude and smiling face, and of course being there for the kids. Since her graduation the Lord has done a real miracle in my life and heart changing me from a somewhat independent parent to a full-time father and mother rolled into one, whose constant number one priority had to be the children, PTL! (Romans 8:28).

I stayed with John and Amore for a few months in 1985 when they had 5 children. I was going through some very heavy battles at the time but being around Amore, who was always so upbeat and positive, really helped me to pull through! God bless her!

Amore was a bubbly, lively person (an Aquarian), a real friend and easy to get along with. She had a real missionary's heart and love for people. I spent 4 years with Amore during which time we spent a year in Jamaica sharing the Lord's Words with the sweet people there. I'm sure she has helped a lot of people from the other side as I have felt her help and presence at times.
