This is how I remember Gale (aka Ramoth). Her real name was Gale McCafferty. She joined the Family in 1971 in Texas at Fred Jordan's Ranch. She was named Ramoth.
From there she went to Italy and that is where we reconnected and for years she was our childcare worker.
She was very faithful and loved the Lord. This picture was taken of her at ouR house in Houston with my son Mike, who was then 3 years old.
Later, Gale went on to join the Army and to also get her Bachelor and Master's degrees in Fine Arts.
She joined a church and always loved the Lord. She had a little girl and raised her as a single mom.
When her child was three years old, Gale discovered she had breast cancer. She passed away this year January 29, 2003.
(while sick) Gale hung on and fought and finally when the adoptive parents of her now 6 year old said they were there and would take over, she passed that night in peace.
