Circle of Two Moons

While I will leave the following up for the time, I need to say that the Circle of Two Moons is once again closed. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, and both of us are very busy in our lives right now. Please feel free to email us if you want to talk, but we are not accepting members.

Welcome to the Circle of Two Moons. We are a new group forming in Pueblo, Colorado. We are currently accepting up to 7 new members (our limit is 9 total members) between the ages of 18-27 who live in the Pueblo and surrounding area.

We are an eclectic group not weighed down by sect, tradition, sex, gender, race, hierarchy, or path. We accept all those who walk in the light of the God/dess. We are especially accepting of those of differing sexual orientations, and those that are especially accepting of them. However, we are a non-smoking Circle, we do not consume alcohol at rituals, and do not partake of illegal substances.

We meet twice a month on the Saturday closest to the new and full moons (hence the name Circle of Two Moons). Our gatherings consist of spellwork (when needed), ritual celebration, and workshops based on monthly topics. We plan on attending various different Pagan/New Age festivals and activities each year as a group. We work robed unless ALL members in attendance are comfortable working skyclad. Our rituals are eclectic: We work with Deities from different cultures and traditions, and we tend to write our own rituals. We are not hierarchial based; all members have equal opportunities to lead rituals, and are encouraged to write rituals. Decisions are based on consensus of all members present at the time of decision making. We do not believe in stereotypical gender roles of High Priest/ess; rituals can be led by anyone.

The current group consists of two active members (Phoenix and Aspen) who have been involved in Wicca/Paganism for 13 and 9 years respectively. During this time we have been involved in two different Pagan groups and have held leadership positions within them.

Bios on us are coming soon. In the meantime, feel free to contact either of us with any questions, either about the group or ourselves.
