RELEASING FEELINGS
Other
areas offer places of meditation which allow an opportunity to release
Fear or Past Limitations, while other places of meditation carry the intent
of Forgiveness, Trust, Patience, Hope, Wholeness, Surrender . Choose
whatever you wish to experience and close your eyes and focus on your choice.
If you are releasing Fear, allow whatever thoughts, images or emotions
come to your mind. Stay with it until you feel a release. When
you will feel a shift in your consciousness, you will know you have released
whatever emotion you have chosen. |
