• In the great land of downunder....
• Where roos jump to the thunder.
• And where the koalas play in the tree....
• Lives Neville, a good friend to me.
• When he tells me it's spring there...
• The Colorado fall is here to share.
• While I am here in the snow....
• Neville will be hot I know.
• The seasons are in reverse.
• And what is worse....
• When Christmas comes there,
• He has summer time to share.
• I'm up in the mountains thinking....
• Wish I could stop shivering.
• Oh, where's my good Bushell's tea?
• All I can think is, wish my mate were with me.
• All the while the Kukaburras cry....
• And the Kangaroo Paws bloom on nigh.
• All the way around the the earth....
• I'm still wishing I was on his turf.
