The Prayer Request Book

There is a book in the corner of the chapel where visitors may write prayer requests for themselves, or for ill relatives or friends.

Update April 2009, from R. K. MacBride:
Because I'm not maintaining the site anymore, I've removed the prayer request form. I'd hate for people to send them to a mail address that no longer is active.
