Welcome to the breakfast page. Here we will have all kinds of things to eat for breakfast. Now this first one is great. i invented this one day when i was short on cash i was hungy. Dont laugh, its cheap to make, but its really good. Im serious dont knock it until you have tried it..I call it.....
- NOODLES AND EGG BREAKFAST.
- The following will be needed to make this..
- 2 eggs
- 1 package noodles (like ramen)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2-3 slices of cheese any kind (mild chedder is prefered)
1.cook noodles till done and drain.
- 2. heat frying pan to medium heat and melt butter.
- 3. place noodles in pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- 4. add eggs and stir together.
- 5. after eggs are almost done add cheese and melt.
- 6. season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
You will need the following...
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl Mix the milk, egg, and oil and add this
mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until slightly lumpy.
- Cook
in a hot lightly-greased skillet.
- Makes 8-10 pancakes
You will need the following...
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl beat together eggs, milk, and, oil
- Add the mixture to the dry ingredients.
- mix until most the lunps are gone.
