FREE,FREE,FREE!!! BAKED ZUCCHINI
  • you will need the following...
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 zucchini, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of half and half
  • 1 cup of grated provolone cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    • Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced zucchini, chopped red bell pepper, Italian seasoning, pepper salt and garlic powder.
    • Sauté about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp; set aside. In a bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in half and half, grated provolone cheese, and flour. Add the vegetable mixture and pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle grated Romano cheese on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 40 minutes, or until the center is set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
      Baked Cream Cheese Spread
    • you will need the following...
    • one 4 ounce can of crecent dinner rollls.
    • 8 ounce package of cream cheese.
    • 1 egg,beaten.
    • 1/2 teaspoon dillweed.

    • On a lightly floured surface unroll crecent rolls and patch together to make a 12x4-inch rectangle.
    • take half the dill weed and sprinkle it on top of the cream cheese
    • press the dill lightly into the cream cheese
    • place cream cheese (dill side down) in the middle of your dough.
    • sprinkle remaining dill weed on top of cream cheese pressing lightly.
    • place on a lightly grease,oven safe,cookie sheet.
    • brush with egg yolk.
    • bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly brown.
    • serve with apple wedges or your favorite cracker.
      CheeseBalls
          You will need the following...
        • 8 oz. cream cheese
        • 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
        • 1/4 tsp. salt
        • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
        • 1/4 cup finely-chopped onion
        • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
        • 1/4 tsp. salt
        • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
        • optional Tobasco Sauce to your taste
        • Your favorite chopped nuts
          Mix all ingredients except nuts and form into a ball. Roll the ball in the nuts.

          MEXICAN SHRIMP COCKTAILS
        • you will need the following...
        • 1/2 cup italian dressing
        • 1/2 cup choped tomato
        • one 4ounce can of undrained chopped green chiles
        • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
        • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of honey.
        • 1/4 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce.
        • 2 teaspoons finely chopped cilantro.
        • 1 pound cleaned and cooked shrimp.

        • In a bowl combine tomatos,chiles,green onions,honey,italitan dressing,and hot pepper sauce.
        • stir in the shrimp
        • cover and marinate
        • stir occasionally while marinating.
        • chill at least two hours before serving.
        • when ready to serve, stir in cilantro.
