Hello and welcome! Welcome to my official page. There's lots of pages out there devoted to me, but this is the only one that I approve of.

My name is Elisabeth, I'm 21 years old and a native of Denver, Colorado. I am a history major at The Metropolitan State College of Denver. I'm also studying English Literature and journalism, and hoping to write for a living. Right now, I still live at home and have one younger sister,Sarah. I also share living space with a suprisingly large collection of fuzzy, feathered and scaly creatures.

When I'm not at school, or want to avoid homework, I do a variety of things. I like to surf the Internet and Ebay. I try to read as much as I can--I love all classic English literature, but enjoy fantasy, sci-fi and historical stuff as well. (I'm very anti-Oprah. If she picks "Pride and Prejudice" for her book club, I think I'll give up reading.) If I'm not completely burned out on writing papers, sometimes I write things people tell me are good.

I also love acting and theatre. I would have been a drama major except that my dad refused to pay for it. :) So, my acting career now consists only of mastering foriegn accents and impressions to amuse people with. They come in handy too, when you want call that mysterious number left on your Caller ID! Directly connected to this odd habit/talent, is my fanatic enjoyment of movies. My favorites are: Braveheart, Shakespeare in Love and the Indiana Jones trilogy. Which also tell you why I majored in history. Wheels within wheels.

I also listen to music. (Who doesn't?) I have alot of movie soundtracks and classical stuff, but also like rock. I love the Goo Goo Dolls and U2. I also really like Breaking Point, Sugar Ray, Matchbox Twenty, VAST, Filter, Fuel, Bush and Limp Bizkit.In fact, the only message boards you'll find me on these days are for Breaking Point and U2...

I also watch alot of ice hockey. I love hockey--watching and playing. My favorite team is, of course, the Colorado Avalanche. I have tons of player autographs (for the list, go to my Avalanche website). And this season, I've obtained a few pieces of interesting memorabilia. For some reason, when people find out I like the Avs, they hand over valuable items. The most notable so far: the blade of Joe Sakic's stick and a complete Sandis Ozolinsh stick. (I can hit people with it!)

So, that's me. I'm pretty boring. But, check out the other stuff on my website. Maybe that will be make me seem more interesting. :)
