Blocks of the Month

This months block is titled Lover's Knot. It was made by my Great-Grandmother when she was 92 years old. I modified it down so that we would have fit with our quilt of all seasons. The original is 18 inches and will be put in my book.

Step 1 Find your favorite Valentines fabric,a good background and print off the Patterns
Step 2Make four of all the pieces except the circle
Step 3 Using your favorite Applique method follow the steps below.

Two
Three
Step 4 finish your applique with either macine embroidery or hand.
