Miss Attitude Has Her Say.
Well folks I think it is about
time to let off some steam, and “vent”
as the Americans would call it. I have been told
that I have a bit of an attitude problem and
always like things to go my way- well who doesn’t!
I like to let people know how I think, and what I
think, about everything, and today is the day of
reckoning. First let me say that I hope the new
and hopefully improved WCW goes well, and it is
not a complete take-off of WWF. I am looking for
new faces, new gimmicks, and I think the whole
wrestling industry is in need of some new story
lines. I know wanna say to Gaz even though this
may not be his “thing” it is mine
because I want people to know how I feel. I AM
IMPORTANT. No only kidding. Ok let’s get
started. My first thoughts to the
Stone Cold Steve Austin heel turn is a complete
mess. It seems like they have no idea what to do
with him and Debra is just a spare part in the
workings. Debra uses way too many facial
expressions and Austin no longer drinks beer. How
is this so? Austin WAS a 100% beer drinking man!
The problem with heel and face change is that our
favourite wrestlers lose all their known
characteristics. Take a look at Benoit as a prime
example. Benoit the crippler who would never stop
torture for anyone has lost his self obsessed
streak. Don’t get me wrong, I love the new
Benoit and Jericho alliance, but why does a face
change mean he loses the things we love best
about him. My next complaint had to
be the sudden departure of many of our wrestlers,
such as Steven Richards, and “The One”
Billy Gunn. Two of our great wrestlers gone! What
happened to Steven making the world a “morally
redeeming place?” What has happened to the
Billy Gunn and Chyna partnership? These questions
need answers because I said so. The
story lines are just totally boring. The same
thing every week, someone has an argument, others
get involved, feud starts, ultimate war. Over
what, some spilt coffee like the Jericho/Kane
angle a while back. Who makes up this stuff?
Besides when are Triple H and Stephanie gonna
find someone else. These two make me sad, they
have no angle, they have no love, no romance and
worst of all no interfering Kurt Angle, the love
triangle between these three was the funniest
story, and for weeks it made me laugh, then a
sudden end to Steph and Kurt’s relationship.
Hmmmmm, was HHH getting jealous I wonder?
Has anyone else besides me
noticed the loss of hair from X-Pac. Has he
shaved his beard off and given it to Jericho?
Suddenly X-Pac is like he is 19 again, and
Jericho has suddenly grew this very dark beard
which looks stupid against his blonde hair! Maybe
someone should tell him to check the mirror
before he comes out to fight! Where
have all the difference in matches gone? Every
week there is a hardcore match, and all the same
1-2-3pin matches. Where are the street fights!
The first blood matches! The leather strap
matches! The male evening gown matches like with
Patterson and Brisco! This was classic T.V.
Did anyone discover the
GTV camera operator? No I didn’t think so.
Maybe it is my lack of resources but I am not
sure. Tell me what you think!
I must say that I think the best wrestler this
year that has proved a lot has to be Rhyno. This
new face has proved integrity, intensity and
intelligence, something that Kurt angle should be
proud with! Anyone else agree
that Edge and Christian be given a new angle? We
have lost the five second pose, we have got too
used to the glasses, but what I am not used to
seeing between these two is a good old fashioned
argument. I propose that they end up in a brawl
with the one and only Kurt Angle. Kurt has no
where to go now he has his medals back, and also
Edge and Christian have been slagging him off
backstage, I suggest Kurt get himself a partner (hmm,
lets see who could that be?) and they end up
having the TLC matches, the cage match, and just
have a show for us to see. My last one for
the day, why not introduce some women tag teams,
some women cage matches, some women hardcore? Let
