Colorado's U.S. Army plate. This plate is being issued because those who served in the Army began complaining once they found out that the Air Force, Naval Reserve, and Marine Corps all had Colorado license plates, yet Army servicemen had to make do with Honorably Discharged Veteran tags. Originally, the plate was issued to anybody who wanted it for a fee, however those who served and are serving in the Army complained once again (the Army plate was not alone in this type of complaint) and got it changed. The plate is currently limited to only those who served (and received an honorable discharge) or are serving in the U.S. Army for a $25 fee. At bottom is a blown-up version of the central logo.
