How The Constitutional Review Committee StartedThis country is facing problems which are ultimately more disastrous to Americans than the Civil War, either of the World Wars or the great depression. The truly insidious nature of the current threats are such that most Americans don't see them coming. Our judicial system, our legislators and even our Presidents have performed unconstitutional actions in violation of their Oath of Office. Public Officials at all levels have shown a blatant disregard for the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States. In virtually every major newspaper, magazine and television news program we hear of these violations but the average American remains unaware of the serious threats to themselves, their families and their posterity. Our organization was founded to perform scholarly research into the Constitutionality of our legal system and our government, the accountability of our public officials and to inform Americans of the fact that they are at a tremendous risk of unconstitutional government taking away ALL of our fundamental rights! Most Americans are not aware that the term "unalienable", when defining our fundamental rights in our Declaration of Independence means:
Our Constitution and the Bill of Rights only enumerated (listed) those rights, they did NOT give us those rights, they are ours at birth. They are NOT privileges that can be granted, nor can they be taken away or abridged. In our extensive research, the "unalienable" Rights of EVERY AMERICAN have been systematically abridged and incrementally being taken away! Hundreds of attorneys and legislators have informed us that they are aware of this situation. The sad truth is that it will take active participation by all Americans to turn this tide and hold our Public Officials, our Public Servants, accountable for their Oath of Office. The Constitutional Review Committee's mission is to gather together Americans to proactively work to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States". We ourselves take this Oath ourselves just as every public official and our military have done since the founding of this great country. We are here to inform, educate and enlighten Americans of our duty as "We the People" to keep this country strong by holding our government to its intended function. The primary function of our government is to protect and preserve these unalienable rights. All other functions are secondary and can only be performed where they do not violate these rights. The information on our web site, in our newsletter and our research are not "opinions", they are the Law. We encourage everyone to re-read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights available here as most Americans have either forgotten, or were never taught them in school. The intent of our founders was plain and easy to understand and should be reviewed by all Americans and taught to our children. The beautiful words below express what should be the hope and desire of ALL Americans. We could not aspire to improve or add to its meaning and intent. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,

Oath of Office''I, ________, do solemnly
swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United
States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith
and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any
mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully
discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me
God.'' Our MissionWhere
American’s rights are infringed upon or eliminated by legislation, take
action to correct the situation. The
means of corrective action being used is threefold. · To Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances (1st Amendment). · Push for legislation to compel adherence to the Constitution (1st Amendment). · To push for the impeachment of Public Officials who violate the Oath of Office to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” (Article II Section 1 and Article VI) This web site provides a brief, informative review of current legislation found to be unconstitutional, along with the research. All readers should contact their Public Servants regarding these violations of Constitutional Law. The Constitutional Review Committee and our newsletter (available on this site) “Awaken America” is protected speech pursuant to the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. Company ProfileOur Committee originated from the suggestions by our members, subscribers and supporters that a website be made and newsletters distributed to "Awaken America" (hence the name of our newsletter) to the real threat in America for the total loss of all the rights guaranteed us by our Founding Fathers in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights. Our original intent was to provide scholarly research on the Constitutionality of legislation. We continue to do so for individuals, companies and the public at large. We regularly communicate and work with legislators at all levels; Federal, State and Local regarding legislation which is "on the books", pending legislation and propose legislation which would promote adherence to the principles and intent of our forefathers. Our current project is an "Accountability Bill for Public Officials". So far, we have hundreds of supporters with political organizations and support coming in from Congress daily. This bill crosses party lines and so far 67% of Democrats and 78% of Republicans responding are supportive of this bill. We are looking for feedback and input as to the content of such a bill. Feel free to forward us your information through the feedback page. Your support, both input and contributions will help us get this bill passed and regain and protect our Constitutional Rights for ourselves and our posterity! IMPORTANT!
