| DAY 5 |
Early morning
game drive in Mikumi National Park. Breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast depart with
packed lunch for the Selous. The journey will take you approximately 7 hrs through the
most amazing and truly wild and untouched areas of Tanzania. The drive will take you up
into the Uluguru mountains across rivers and past small local villages and farms and on to
the Selous. The drive is tiring but possibly the most rewarding and adventures on the
Tanzania Tourist Circuit. Dinner and overnight at Rufiji River Camp. |
| DAY 6 |
After breakfast you
can stretch your legs and enjoy the thrills of a safari on foot. After your walking safari
return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch game drive in Selous game reserve. Dinner and
overnight Rufiji River Camp. |
| DAY 7 |
Morning boat safari
on the Rufiji River. This unique safari will allow you to experience the wildlife along
the river banks and have close up views with Crocodile and Hippos. Return to the Camp for
lunch. After lunch game drive in the Selous. Dinner and overnight Rufiji River Camp. |
| DAY 8 |
After breakfast
drive back to Dar es salaam with packed lunch. Early afternoon arrival in Dar es salaam.
Transfer to hotel or Airport for onward journey.. |
