Kitna led the Bengals’ most dramatic moments of the season in a 24-20 victory on Nov. 30 at Pittsburgh, guiding the offense 52 yards in four plays for a game-deciding TD with 0:13 to play. The Bengals had led for the entire game before the Steelers struck an apparently decisive blow with a TD for a 20-17 lead with just 1:05 remaining. Kitna got the winning TD on an 18-yard pass to TE Matt Schobel. For the season, completed 324-of-520 (62.3 percent) for 3591 yards, and had only 15 INTs as compared to his 26 TD passes ... Fell 3 TD passes short of Ken Anderson’s Bengals-record 29 in 1981, but beat by 3 his own previous career high, which was 23 for Seattle in 1999 ...
