Enh...cuteish sketch of the brothers getting along for a picture. Finally thought it was site-worthy. Or at least a...1st pic for this page...

HEEHEEHEE. Well...I honestly don't know how I thought of this....or why. But I'm pretty sure I was lethargic at the time. Anyhoo....I have Hermit Crabs for pets...and I know they will not come out of their shells. i guess that got me thinking....

Figured out I basically skipped an entire age all together in drawings. In this pic Garr is about 13 and working on his infamous "look" and Gavin is about 10 and...well...working on being annoyed with Garrett I suppose.

They get along like peas in a pod. hence the green color. Can you hear my sarcasm way back there? Crappy sketch. Did it with a mouse.

Quick animation study, featuring Garrett.

This was my first attempt at using Paintshop Pro...and as much as that program was a pain in the butt for me, I am now glad I have it. I just wanna say, if I were to choose a style for my band guys to be animated in, I'd want it to look like this. Oh no, I dont ask much. :) The text is from a Rheostatic song, "A Midwinter's Night Dream." Written and sung by Martin Tielli. It's one of those songs you just have to hear. It just sounds like winter. There is no way else to explain it. Anyhoo, I used a bit of the song, but not all of it, otherwise I dont think the picture would make sense. Frankly, I dont get the speckled throat junkie'd prick part...but...oh well. Fits the somber mood of the picture. Wow, I've never rambled so much about a picture. Huh, guess you get the point that I like it alot.

Found I can replicate anime to a certain degree when I drew Spike from Cowboy Bebop. (if you wanna see it...go... here So...um...my bud Pat (who actually edited a bit of this site...thanks dude!) mentioned he thought I drew the guys in more of a Japanese style then a western style. (me, seeing his point but disagreeing at the same time compromised with the new genre...Western Japanese! Ha!) What was I talking about again? UM...oh...drew Spike...dug that it actually looked like the Bebop style...wanted to try to draw Garrett in the same fashion. And...I think he could pass as someone from the same genre. That and his facial structure is uncannly close to Spikes! If you do check out the Spike pic...you'll notice it. But I also noticed the VERY SUBTLE differences that does seperate the two facially. For instance....Garrett's chin is a TINY BIT wider, his cheekbones or whatever are a TINY bit lower...and his face is a TINY BIT more rectangular. And theres an even subtler difference in their nose. I think I'll keep Garrett in his original style to stop confusion. (ps: did I mention I drew Garrett a few months before I had ever seen Bebop? uncanny man....uncanny....)

Drew this while my friend Nic ripped my stories apart for me...>sigh< (just kidding! I just hate it when I write something stupid in my stories and I don't catch it before someone else does. Doesnt help when you start reading the stories with the intention of turning everything into something sick. Oh god...LOL...) Anyway, I was amusing myself while she edited my papers and kept telling me I wasn't making any sense. Yeah, I don't make sense. ANYWAY, THE PICTURE...this cracks me up. I don't know what he's thinking. So me and Nic started putting in Thought Balloons. I was considering including them, but they aren't very appropriate. You can figure out what he's smirking about because I don't even want to think about it...

Another Garrett kick picture. This one is more accurate however. I found a pic of someone doing a karate kick, and I was like...whoa!!! They can really get their legs up there can't they? So, here's Garrett doing a rather simple kick. And the mumble jumble to the left is Garrett's name in japanese. >shrug<

I tried drawing a "high school" garr before, but i always hated the way he turned out. Untill now. Hehehe, meet, 'Angsty Teen Garrett.' Hello there! "%@*& you." Wow! What a nice lad!

I keep forgetting that Garr has a yellow fedora. So here he is, looking swanky...

>contented sigh< Ahhh... Deleted the last "real garrett" because it sucked arse. This one is SOOOOO much better. He actually looks kinda cute in this one. Obviously he needs to comb his hair more often. Oh well..so do I. Fight the power dude!

Hey look, he has muscles! >whistle!< Oh yeah.....the lame-arse writing is original, thusly why it's lame arse. The big one is supposed to be in the Tanka style, and the other one is just....I dunno. Maybe they're supposed to be his stupid five second poems he's written down on a napkin or something...>shrug<

I think this would make a really good..er...band black and white photo. This picture was basically inspired by a picture of spike spiegel from C.B. It was black and white as well.

I was talking with my friend about the enevitable bar fight that will happen sooner or later as soon as i get into gear and write STORIES. Anyway...there will be a barfight...and this is one of those...calm before the storm moments... Lets just say theres a drunk arse-hole standing before Garrett...and he has smashed a beerbottle and proceeded to actually get garrett. (GASP! NO WAY!) Needless to say...it shocked garrett at 1st..(the fact someone actually got him) And now...now he's ready to kick some ass. >=)

Got bored and decided to sketch really simple everyday stuff the guys'll do. So...er..yeah. Heres garr, jus got outta da shower and he needs a shave and he needs to make sure his towel doesnt fall. 0.o

Hello foxy. No, for serious. Hes a fox. Not sure why, he just kinda seems like one. Kinda. Sorta. I dont know what I'm talking about. This was the 1st anthro ive ever done. I dont really like what generally comes with the style (under-sexed horny artists who have odd turn-ons) but animals are cute. I just did this to do something different. And yes, i know you can see his boxers. So sue me.

Yay! 3rd pic done in this style. Frankly, I think it's perty darned cool. And in this style, Gavin looks less....boxy, and more human like. And he looks like he could actually be related to Garrett! Yay! When I was drawing this, I was surprised to find myself thinking that he looked rather handsome. I dont know, maybe I've been without air for too long or something.

And I think this is as good as Teen Gav is going to get. >shrug<

Someone fell asleep reading again...or maybe he's just narcoleptic...I don't know. Same watercolor style as the red Colin pic. I think I really like this...it's part cartoon part real....or...something. I like.

I dunno...out of all the ameliorites...I think gavin would be the 1st to get a tattoo. Hes a strange duck like that...you never can quite figure him out! Anyhoo, thought a tribal one would look cool on him.
