Here it is, the first chibitokyo comic strip. Actually, it's not the first. There were some comic strips that I did on MS Paint when chibitokyo first started. Those comics will never again see the light of day. This webcomic is still a work in progress. I've been working on this for a long time now and it has slowly changed over the past years into what you see today. I know my art and writing skills aren't exactly the best in the world. In time they will get better. To be quite honest I do see some improvement in my comics. And as you read the comics you will see the improvements. Anyways, I figured that most of the comic strips need explaining, with all the obscure jokes and movie references. So I'm going to provide some commentary on some of the comic strips. The first comic strip is about wrestling. I'm a big wrestling fan, so is Adrian and George. We'd watch wrestling on TV and go to wrestling events together. And yes, I do know wrestling is fake and that it's stupid. But some of this stuff is pretty entertaining. Adrian has never assualted the Rock as far as I know. But I thought it was kind of funny that he would attack people at random times. I know the comic looks like shit right now, but it does get better. It does take a while, but it does. |
