Flight: Whatever other powers the Answer possesses, he always has the power of
Flight at Rm airspeed (25 areas/round, 375 Mph). His Nemesis power can increase his flight speed.
Nemesis Power: Mn ability to spontaneously manifest new superhuman powers starting at In rank the first round and increasing to Mn the second round. Senses/Detection and Travel/Movement powers are +1cs higher. He can possess a maximum of 2 powers at a time in addition to his Flight power. The Answer manifests whatever powers he needs to defeat his opponent, resolve a problem or otherwise complete his mission. He develops powers to specifically counter his opponents and which powers are available is up to the Judge. He should not gain overly broad powers, such as Reality Alteration. His new powers last until the battle is over. The Answer develops defensive or speed powers first and will only develop damaging offensive powers if his strength is insufficient to cause damage. Offensive powers will increase to the first rank that causes some damage and not higher, if In rank is enough to cause some damage the power will not increase to Mn, unless he is not winning or the Judge determines that he's unlikely to win. He likely gains invulnerability to unique powers first, so that powers like Luck Manipulation or Phasing won't affect him. If the Answer has the initiative he can gain his power before his opponent can act, if his opponent has the Initiative, he may strike before the Answer can develop a defense. If his opponent has a specific weakness or vulnerability listed the
Answer gains the ability to exploit them. For example: Fire or Sonics against Venom. The Answer has manifested the following powers:
-Body-Transformation (Energy): When the Answer gave up his physical body to resurrect Silvermane his disembodied spirit was able to contact others to help him restore his physical body.
-Clairvoyance/Precognition/Hyper-Intelligence: The Answer's power allows him to know the best solution to any problem he's presented with.
-Hyper-Speed: He gains up to Un Hyper-Speed, using his rank in place of Fighting and Agility and for Multiple Attack FEAT rolls. His Flight Speed also increases to his current Hyper-Speed rank.
-Hyper Stamina: After 2 rounds, he can gain Mn Endurance against Stun or Slam results. When this power activates he can use his new Endurance rank to re-check against
any Stun results already affecting him and if he succeeds the remaining Stun effects are ignored and he instantly recovers. He also instantly recovers up to half of any Health he has lost in combat up to that point.
