When the Red Hulk drained the Gamma Energy from Bruce Banner, he could no longer transform himself into the Hulk. Deciding to train his son, Skaar, to destroy the Hulk should he ever return, Banner has employed equipment to aid him in Skaar's training.
Bannertech Computer
Bruce Banner's miniature computer is very handy. About the size of an mp3 player, the device is capable of many feats.
Bannertech Computer: Am material, Banner's computer is capable of the following:
-Computer Interface: Un ability to interface with other computers and take control.
-Sensors: Mn ability to detect Life, Energy, Radiation, Sonar
-Flyspy Cam: Allows Banner to monitor a person with Mn video. Can also be used as a GPS tracking system with Un ability.
-Communications: Un
-Reroute Signals: Am ability to reroute signals, such as emergency calls.
Bannertech Shield
Bruce Banner's personal shield that he uses to protect him from the dangers all around him. It absorbs both Gamma Radiation and Old Power.
Bannertech Shield: Banner's personal shields give him the following:
-Force Field: Un protection vs. Physical and Energy; however, the more it is hit, the less effective it becomes. When it reaches Sh-0, it takes 1 round of combat to recharge
-Energy Absorption: The shield has ability to absorb up to Un Energy per round for up to 4 rounds. Absorbed Energy can be redirected into the force field, raising that ability score by +1cs above it's maximum ability for 4 rounds or until the 400 points of energy has been depleted.
-Strength Augmentation: Banner can redirected the protective shields to temporarily augment his Strength to Am rank.
Old Power Taser
The Old Power Taser is measured on the Richter Scale.
-Old Power Taser: Fires up to 5 areas, can deal up to Un Stunning
Bannertech Teleporter
Reverse engineered from the Leader's technology, Banner devised his own teleportation device that that allows him to travel to unknown ranges.
-Bannertech Teleporter: Un ability to teleport himself and other to anywhere on Earth.
Pocket Teleporter
Located in Bruce Banner's satchel, his Pocket Teleporter allows him to reach into his laboratory and gain access to any materials he has within there. He keeps his Bannertech gadgets, except for his computer, within the satchel.
-Pocket Teleporter: Mn ability to pull out any item inside of his lab.
Bannertech Stun Gun
Bruce used this to stun Red Hulk when he confronted him in the desert. Prolonged use of the stun gun can cause the victim to have a stroke and become paralyzed for life.
-Bannertech Stun Gun: Mn Stunning, 1 area. If it is used for over 3 rounds, victim must make a Red Endurance FEAT vs. paralysis.
