A cruel, cruel assassin with perfect aim. He can use just about anything as a weapon. His rise to notoriety came in New York City where he first fought and defeated Daredevil. Daredevil later returned the favor. Currently, he is employed by Norman Osborn to pose as Hawkeye in the Dark Avengers.
