Power Duplication: Un ability to to duplicate the powers of nearby mutants. She did not need to touch them like Rogue has to do, but since these mutants were in relatively close by at the time, it is unknown what is the range of her power
X-Gene Stabilization: Thus far, all of the post-M-Day mutant activations have been wildly unstable. The only thing the seems to stabilize the new mutants powers is direct contact with Hope at Un rank.
