Rewound Reincarnation: Moira is reincarnated in a new timeline upon death. From her second life onward, she could recollect all the memories she experienced in her previous lifetimes from as early as in utero. She can tap into this knowledge to predict what will happen in the future. This is handled very similarly to Precognition but is limited to information that Moira herself has experienced or witnessed. She could recall an event that happened nearby or watched on the news, but not know secret information she would have no access to.
The color FEAT determines the accuracy of her information. White results indicate that her memories are inaccurate and events have occurred completely differently during this lifetime. A Green result indicated that the event generally occurred but that many of the specifics had changed. A Yellow FEAT indicated the event happened as witnessed. A Red FEAT enables Moira to use her vast knowledge of her timelines to intuit secret details that might not be readily apparent when she experienced, such as the identity of masked assailants.
At the beginning of her new life timeline, Moira starts with a CL5000 rank, giving her the ability to predict the future over a year from the current date. After every check, that ability is reduced by one rank, reducing her skill and distance that she can predict. If she actively attempts to alter the events she remembers, the ability will further fall one or more ranks at the Judge’s discretion. Eventually Moira will lose the ability to predict the future, as the timeline becomes completely altered by her
foreknowledge.
Electronic Invisibility: Mn protection vs. mutant sensors and detectors. Mutant detectors will see her as a baseline human.

Limited Reincarnations: Moira's reincarnation cycle is finite. When she encountered Destiny during her third life, she was informed that she would live only ten or eleven lives at most. Additionally, if Moira were to die before her mutant power manifested at the age of thirteen, the reincarnation cycle would end
