Localized Time Manipulation: Un ability to can slow down the movement of time around him, but remains unaffected by the slow down. Gabriel is able to perform the following power stunts:
-Extra attacks with Sh-X ability or multiple attacks that inflict up to Am damage, ignoring body armor (only one to hit roll is made).
-Catch arrows
-One must make a Red FEAT to hit Gabriel with anything other than an area or psychic attack. If Gabriel is making multiple attacks against the same target the FEAT is reduced to Yellow.
