Vertigo: In ability to instill vertigo in her victims. Her victims, upon encountering her power for the first time, must make a Psyche FEAT vs. the intensity of her power or receive -4cs to all actions and become unable to stand for 1-10 rounds. Victims who have previously experienced the effects of her power receive +2cs vs. vertigo effects. Characters with Acrobatic talent may use their rank in this skill (Agility +1cs) instead of Psyche when resisting, as their inner ear imbalences (these advantages are cumulative when applicable).
Vertigo can effect any characters within a 2-area volume within 5 areas. She must be able to actually view the area that she is effecting.
