Robot Master Construct: Bomb Man was created by Dr. Light for mining and construction purposes, as well as to blast away debris so that land could be cleared for construction projects. His very body gives him the following abilities:

-Integrated Circuit: The I.C. is the source of Bomb Man's personality. When Mega Man fights against a Robot Master, he takes great care to not damage their I.C. chip's "cognitive circuit." As long as the cognitive circuit isn't completely destroyed, Bomb Man can be rebuilt any number of times.
