Robotic Body: Bubble Man is the first aquatic Robot Master created by Dr. Wily for underwater combat. Bubble Man's very body gives him the following abilities:
-Body Armor: Ex protection vs. Physical and Energy
-Self-Sustenance: Doesn't need to eat, sleep or breathe
-Immune to Disease and Toxins: Un
-Mental Shield: Bubble Man is unaffected by Psychic attacks
-Hyper Swimming: Rm
-Water Freedom: Doesn't suffer any penalties in underwater combat.
-Integrated Circuit: The I.C. is the source of Bubble Man's personality. When Mega Man fights against a Robot Master, he takes great care to not damage their I.C. chip's "cognitive circuit." As long as the cognitive circuit isn't completely destroyed, Bubble Man can be rebuilt any number of times.
Arm Cannon: Fires up to 7 areas away, Bubble Man has the following types of shots:
-Regular Shot: Ex Energy
-Water Blast: Rm Force
-Bubble Wrap: When hit, the opponent is trapped in a bubble with Rm Ensnarement
-Bubble Shield: Bubble Man is able to create a large bubble around himself that acts as an In Force Field vs. Physical and Energy
