Robot Master Construct: Cut Man was created by Dr. Light to be a timber-felling robot. He was reprogrammed by Dr. Wily to help him conquer the world. His very body gives him the following abilities:

-Integrated Circuit: The I.C. is the source of Cut Man's personality. When Mega Man fights against a Robot Master, he takes great care to not damage their I.C. chip's "cognitive circuit." As long as the cognitive circuit isn't completely destroyed, Cut Man can be rebuilt any number of times.

Rolling Cutter: Am material, His Rolling Cutters are made of highly resistant "ceramic titanium," and are extremely sharp, being easily able to cut through metal with In Thrown Edge. Cut Man can throw these so they will return to him with no risk of damaging himself.
