Robot Master Construct: Unlike the original Robot Masters, Dr. Wily's Robot Masters are designed strictly for combat. His very body gives him the following abilities:
-Body Armor: Ex protection vs. Physical and Energy
-Self-Sustenance: Doesn't need to eat, sleep or breathe
-Immune to Disease and Toxins: Un
-Mental Shield: Flash Man is unaffected by Psychic attacks

-Integrated Circuit: The I.C. is the source of Flash Man's personality. When Mega Man fights against a Robot Master, he takes great care to not damage their I.C. chip's "cognitive circuit." As long as the cognitive circuit isn't completely destroyed, Flash Man can be rebuilt any number of times.

Equipment:
Time Stopper: Am ability to freeze time is limited by how long his weapon energy lasts, so he can only do it in small doses (1 round to freeze opponent, 3 rounds to recharge). However, it's just enough to give off the impression that he is teleporting, or moving "in a flash".
