Robot Master Construct: Oil Man is an incomplete Robot Master that was designed by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily. Containing highly experimental machinery and advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, Dr. Light did not feel he was ready to be presented alongside the original six Robot Masters. However, Dr. Wily took the task of completing Oil Man on his own. His very body gives him the following abilities:
-Body Armor: Ex protection vs. Physical and Energy
-Self-Sustenance: Doesn't need to eat, sleep or breathe
-Immune to Disease and Toxins: Un
-Mental Shield: Oil Man is unaffected by Psychic attacks
-Oil Dispenser Arm: Oil Man left arm is an oil dispenser connected with a hose. It allows him to perform the following power stunts:
--Oil Pump: In ability to oil robots and machines
--Oil Slick: Rm slipperiness
-Integrated Circuit: The I.C. is the source of Oil Man's personality. When Mega Man fights against a Robot Master, he takes great care to not damage their I.C. chip's "cognitive circuit." As long as the cognitive circuit isn't completely destroyed, Oil Man can be rebuilt any number of times.

Oil Slider: The Oil Slider is the Master Weapon of Oil Man. A glob of oil is dispensed onto the ground which can then be slid across as if surfing with Am ability
Limitations:
Vulnerable to Fire: Since oil is extremely flammable, fire attacks are +2cs against Oil Man
