Robot Master Construct: Time Man is an incomplete Robot Master that was designed by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily. Containing highly experimental machinery and advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, Dr. Light did not feel he was ready to be presented alongside the original six Robot Masters. However, Dr. Wily took the task of completing Time Man on his own. His very body gives him the following abilities:
-Body Armor: Rm protection vs. Physical and Energy
-Self-Sustenance: Doesn't need to eat, sleep or breathe
-Immune to Disease and Toxins: Un
-Mental Shield: Bomb Man is unaffected by Psychic attacks
-Hyper Leaping: Rm leaping
-Time Slow: Am ability to slow down time.
-Integrated Circuit: The I.C. is the source of Time Man's personality. When Mega Man fights against a Robot Master, he takes great care to not damage their I.C. chip's "cognitive circuit." As long as the cognitive circuit isn't completely destroyed, Time Man can be rebuilt any number of times.
