Lessons- Buffy battles the ghosts of Sunnydale High's past in a lively seventh-season opener. Veteran Slayer-watchers will recall that Buffy's alma mater was razed at the end of the third season during a fight with a snake-demon mayor. Now revamped and restored, the school has a new crop of students, which includes awkward freshman Dawn. It also has a visitor, Buffy, who can't resist a chance to tour the facility. But her curiosity soon turns to dread when spirits from the old school materialize to harass her. Elsewhere, Giles consoles a guilt-ridden Willow.
Beneath You- After her first day as Buffy the Guidance Counselor, she and the Scooby gang get right back into action investigating a subterranean monster that is wreaking havoc in Sunnydale. Meanwhile, Willow has mixed emotions as she leaves England to return to Sunnydale.
Same Place, Same Time- Willow’s Sunnydale homecoming is more difficult than she or anyone else expected, causing the gang some concern that she hasn’t fully recovered from her evil ways. Meanwhile, Dawn officially joins the Scooby Gang as they hunt down a demon with baffling powers.
Help- Buffy’s role as a guidance counselor is tested when she tries to help a student who claims she is able to foretell her own, imminent death. Meanwhile, Anya struggles with being a vengeance demon.

Selfless- When Anya grants a gruesome Vengeance wish, Buffy, Xander and the gang are forced to confront her choice to become a demon again. Meanwhile, in an attempt to return to some semblance of a normal life, Willow moves back in with Buffy and re-enrolls in college.
Him-Dawn develops a major crush on a hunky jock, which turns into a comic free-for-all when Buffy, then Anya and even Willow fall for the same guy.
Conversations with Dead People- Joyce visits Dawn from the beyond, Buffy has a revealing chat with a Vampire and Willow receives a ghostly visitor whom she believes may well be Tara, all of which portend an imminent, unpleasant future. Meanwhile, Jonathan and Andrew return to Sunnydale for some inevitably unpleasant mischief.
Sleeper- Fearful that Spike may be killing again, the gang's investigation into his mysterious behavior climaxes in a formidable confrontation between him and Buffy. Meanwhile, Giles makes what may be a cataclysmic discovery that could affect everyone's future.

Never Leave Me-Spike is held captive in the Summers home while the Scoobies ponder their options in the aftermath of his murder spree; a squeamish Andrew tries to master killing but ends up another Summers house captive.
Bring On The Night-Giles arrives with three apprentice Slayers, the Scoobies research the origins of the First to find a way to rescue Spike, and Buffy fights the Ubervamp.
Showtime-Buffy stages a showdown with the Ubervamp with the Slayers-in-training as her audience, then rescues Spike. Giles and Anya seek advice from Beljoxa's Eye.
Potential-Buffy and Spike establish a boot camp to prepare the potential slayers for combat with the First, while a spell from Willow reveals another potential living in Sunnydale.
