Willow is as shy as shy can be, but team her up with Buffy to help fight the forces of evil and she is out there making herself known. Her circle of friends before Buffy's arrival consisted of Xander, her childhood friend whom she has had the hugest crush on since she can remember. Although moving onto Oz she will always carry a flame for Xander and that is seen throughout the show. Although not physically helpful to Buffy Willow works with Giles to find the solution to help Buffy defeat the demon in the end. Having gone through a heartbreaking split with Oz, Willow tuned more into herself and started a budding relationship with Tara. It was however the death of Tara, at Warren's hands that Willow turned on her full witchy powers, killing Warren and turning on her friends. After being saved by Xander, she returned to England with Giles to recover. Controlling her powers was a huge task, and many time she felt that if she cast too stong a spell it would all turn out badly and her evil side would come back and take her over for good. She was helped through this tough time by Kennedy, a Slayer in training, and her new girlfriend. Willows powers went full turn however when she cast a spell to make all would be Slayers into full Slayers, and became a goddess.

In Buffy Hannigan plays the shy wallflower who becomes Buffy's friend and confidante. In real life Hannigan is a veteran actress who has been performing since the age of four. She began her career in Atlanta doing commercials. She worked for such companies as Mc. Donald's, Six Flags and Oero Cookies. When she was 11 Hannigan moved to LA in hopes of breaking into TV and Film. In her free time, the Washington D.C, Native and Dr. Seuss fan likes to surf the web (Hi if your reading this), Practice kick-boxing and spend time with her dogs and cats. She currently resides in LA with her husband, Angel star Alexis Denisof.
