Daniel:

The new ruler of the Dreaming; Cain's boss. Daniel seems to be a lot more lenient than Morpheus, but by the same token he seems to have less control of his realm. At least he brought Abel back.

The Corinthian:

Embodiment of man's darker half; a mirror to the nightmare in the soul; serial killer. He and Cain have a mutual respect and understanding for one another, yet they aren't exactly buddies.

Lucien:

The librarian of the Dreaming has been around since the old days, when he was the host of Ghost Castle. He's helped Cain out on various occasions, despite his distaste for his behavior.

Merv Pumpkinhead:

The Foreman of the Dreaming. He and Cain have never gotten along very well. He's been quite a nuisance to him, refusing to rebuild his house, and claiming that Cain burnt it down himself.

The Hectae:

The Witches from the Witching Hour never went away. It's been awhile, but back in the day, Cain, Eve and Abel would party with these chicks. They even went to Woodstock together, see "weird facts".

Matthew:

Eve and Dream's Raven. He was once the man Matt Cable, Abby's husband (Swamp Thing) A minor irritant, and sometimes friend to Cain, he's an all around good bird.

Phantom Stranger:

Well, HE just knows everyone! He'd be more than happy to elaborate I'm sure. (ie, give a speech) Actually he and Cain go a long way back. Cain used to tell stories about him in House of Mystery.

The Endless:

Destiny, Death, Dream, Destruction, Despair, Desire and Delirium. Dream is Cain's boss. Destiny used to compete with Cain, Abel, and Eve in storytellershowdowns. Everyone else just comes with the territory.
